Posca marker is a full coverage marker that works on most surfaces. It is most popular as an illustration marker and can be used on everything from paper, wood and cardboard to porcelain and glass.

The ink is water-based and can be washed away from glossy surfaces, but remains permanent on porous materials. The color covers very well even on black surfaces, dries quickly and does not bleed.

The first time you use your new Posca marker, you can shake the pen properly (with the cap firmly on). Then take a piece of scrap paper and pump out the color at the tip. The tip is movable, so it is fine to press the tip firmly down on the paper. It may take a while for the color to run down when you use a new pen, but just keep pressing the tip down and the color will eventually come.
