Kvitfjell Cheese grater and Steel knife

Kr 590

Cheese set in two parts consisting of a universal cheese grater and cheese knife.

Thor Bjørklund from Lillehammer invented and obtained a patent for the cheese grater in 1925. Gudbrandsdal Industrier AS (GIAX) is today the owner of the Bjørklund brand and has its production in Ringebu.

With the new surface treatment Amitto, developed by Bjørklund, the cheese does not stick to the blade. The shafts are designed to be good to hold, while at the same time they look good. They are made of a plastic material, and are therefore well suited for the dishwasher.
