The poster celebrates over 300 musicians, artists and producers who have been decisive in the development of the alternative and independent music scene, from Bill Hayley & His Comets who with their 1950s "Rock Around the Clock" became one of the first voices for a rebellious youth , to the DIY ethos of contemporary bands such as Arctic Monkeys and Radiohead.

You will also find pioneers such as The Velvet Underground, MC5, The Stooges, Ramones, Patti Smith, Sex Pistols, The Clash, The Specials, Kraftwerk, Can, Neu!, Black Flag, Hüsker Dü, Bikini Kill, Sleater-Kinney, Joy Division , Buzzcocks, The Fall, Nirvana, Pixies, The Smiths, REM, The Stone Roses, Happy Mondays, The White Stripes and The Strokes.
