Lovely drinking glasses from Ida Siebke. The glasses are mouth-blown into the snow, which creates the beautiful movements in the glass.

Ida Siebke is a glass artist who works within both the functional and conceptual fields. The forms are clean and organic, and the expression varies between the transparent and the opaque. She alternates between making products in strong, clear colors, and letting the clear, transparent glass shine in its pristine state.

Siebke has studied glassblowing at the Kosta Glass Center in Småland in Sweden, and art at the Gerrit Rietveld Academie in Amsterdam and Einar Granum Kunstfagskole in Oslo. She also has a diploma in glassblowing. Ida has exhibited her work in Norway and abroad, and participated in several international residency programs at recognized glass schools.
