The ink comes in a nicely designed bottle and can be used for both fountain pens and fountain pens. If you want to use the ink in a fountain pen, a converter can be used to soak up the ink in a cartridge, which is then put into the fountain pen.

The ink from Kaweco dries fairly quickly on most papers and has a good, moderate flow. Many brands offer royal blue ink. However, Kaweco's version is slightly different as it has a barely noticeable purple undertone.
